RETURN POLICY

Due to the seasonal nature of our small business, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted. Miss Cayce’s is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise. All items are inspected prior to packing to ensure you are receiving an item that meets Miss Cayce’s top-notch standards. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing during the off-season. You can find our seasonal store hours on our website. We know you are excited to learn when your order has shipped and will send a confirmation email when a tracking number is created.  Please refer to this tracking number to understand the location of your package and the estimated delivery date.  

Once the courier has scanned your package, Miss Cayce's is no longer responsible for any delays, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit. In the rare event that any of these things happen to your package, you must contact the courier directly and file a claim.

Please note that we do not have any additional information regarding package tracking. If you have questions about package delays, please contact the courier so that they may assist you with locating your order.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, and/or security value.
- Other incorrect information regarding payment types.
- Incorrect billing information (e.g., when you provide billing information that is inconsistent with the billing information that your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address (e.g., street address, city, state, zip or postal code, etc.).

Please note, any and all packages held by the courier for pick up will need to be tracked by the Customer and picked up before the expiration date.
