Physical Requirements

Duties would include
- Assisting in preparing products for shipment based off of online orders.
- Website product upload
- Assists in product photography and photo edits

Job Summary
Sales Associates demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise and ready for promotional events. Sales Associates have an emphasis on area and product knowledge, providing information on product features and knowing related items. Sales Associates ensure assigned areas are clean, shoppable and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out customers; offer a friendly greeting, smile and make eye contact with customers
- Ask open-ended questions in order to determine customer’s needs.
- Show enthusiasm with the customer
- When necessary, handle several customers at once
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise; suggest related items/services outside of area that the customer may need
- Escort customers to appropriate merchandise, no matter what area
- Be aware of store sales and/or promotional events
- Acquire beginner product knowledge in adjacent areas
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Participate in store cleaning activities (bathrooms, trash, vacuuming, dusting)
- Participate in hospitality rotation, serving cookies and drinks to customers
- Successfully complete any required training

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Sales Associate position will be 16 or older and be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to interact with customers and other employees in a professional, positive and courteous manner
- Ability to push, pull and lift materials up to 50 pounds or more with proper accommodations and climb ladders to retrieve merchandise as needed
- Able to stand and move about for extended period of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products
- Responsible for wearing clean uniform and will be well groomed at all times
- Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends, January- December

Job Summary
Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Cashiers are also required to greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick responsive service to maximize the customer’s shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards

- Perform register transactions quickly and accurately

Job Summary
Design Room Support staff are responsible for supporting Floral Design Specialists and maintaining the design room work area. The Floral Design Specialist is also responsible for writing special orders and bow orders, and stocking floral and ribbon in the retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep design room work area daily.
- Clean, organize, stock and merchandise design room, warehouse, ribbon, floral bins.
- Condense stock as needed in warehouse and design room.
- Fill in inventory as needed, according to display area planograms.
- Stock floral bins, ribbon and mesh in retail store theme areas.
- Organize and straighten ribbon bolts.
- Price design work as needed; display in appropriate area of retail store.
- Work with customers on special orders, provide an estimate, and pull product for designers.
- Work with customers on bow orders.
- Organize and maintain special order and bow order paperwork.
- Call customers when orders are ready.
- Complete training and copy work; learn the Miss Cayces's design style; follow theme areas.
- Make centerpiece bases.
- Fluff teardrops and wreaths.
- Maintain supply list for Harrison's and Lubbock Wholesale.
- Participate in annual inventory of floral product.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of ribbon book, if needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Design Room Support position will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work with little supervision; must work well with co-workers.
- Ability to push, pull and lift materials up to 30 pounds or more and climb ladders to place and retrieve merchandise as needed.
- Able to stand and move about for extended period of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, ect. to handle products.
- Must be willing to work weekdays and some weekends.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Store Helper is to assist management, co-workers and customers by performing a variety of stock keeping, customer care and housekeeping/janitorial duties. This position works under moderate supervision and must work closely with co-workers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by carrying merchandise, upon request, to cashier area or to customer's vehicle.
- Deliver and set up artificial Christmas trees in customers' homes.
- Move Furniture, supplies and equipment, and may help unload and store freight.
- Perform general housekeeping/janitorial duties including, but not limited, keeping store free of debris and litter, emptying wastebaskets, removing and disposing of unwanted or useless materials.
- Remove, break down empty boxes from all areas.
- Provide assistance in all areas of the store based on business needs; perform all other tasks and assignments as requested.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Store Helper position will be 18 or older, or at least 16 years old and be enrolled in a high school work/study program, and be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to perform assigned duties according to time schedules and deadlines.
- Must be able to start, return to, and complete a variety of duties with interruption.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive, and/or physical tasks.
- Ability to work and cooperate in a team effort, when necessary, to successfully complete an assignment.
- Some knowledge of the use of elementary hand and power tools.
- Must have the ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift merchandise of up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
- A valid motor vehicle operator's license and vehicle, preferably pick-up or SUV, is preferred for this position, mileage will be compensated for deliveries of Christmas Trees and set up, shipping boxes to UPS store and more.
- Responsible for wearing clean uniform and will be well groomed at all times.
- Must be willing to work weekdays and some weekends.
