JOB
SUMMARY: Miss
Cayce’s is seeking a creative individual to join our design team. Primary responsibilities include creating custom
wreaths, bows, and teardrops. The ideal candidate is naturally creative with
a background in home design or DIY projects.
This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment and collaborate effectively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

Create custom wreaths and teardrops based on the lead
designers’ vision and example.
Adhere to completion schedule for custom orders.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Price
design work as needed, display in appropriate area of retail store.

Work
with customers on special orders, provide an estimate, and pull products for
custom designs. Call customers when
orders are ready.

Organize
and maintain special order and bow order paperwork.

Participate
in annual inventory of floral products.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior work experience in a creative position
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in
a team environment
Ability to work weekends on occasion
