Due to the seasonal nature of our small business, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted.

Miss Cayce's Wonderland is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking information.

All items are inspected prior to packing to ensure you are receiving an item that meets Miss Cayce's top-notch standards. Once the courier has scanned in your package, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit. In the rare event that any of these things happen to your package, you must contact the courier directly and file a claim.

Please note that we do not have any additional information regarding package tracking. We see the same information on our end that you are seeing. If you have questions about package delays or packages being held up in customs, please contact the courier so that they may assist you with locating your order.

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs pertaining to their order. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on orders due to incorrect information that the Customer has provided, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date, and/or security value.
- Other incorrect information regarding payment types.
- Incorrect billing information (e.g., when you provide billing information that is inconsistent with the billing information that your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient or incorrect information regarding your shipping address (e.g., street address, city, state, zip or postal code, etc.).

Please note, any and all packages held by the courier for pick up will need to be tracked by the Customer and picked up before the expiration date.
