Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice, Guest Contributor Kristina Leigh
Pumpkin spice and everything nice. There is something about the Autumn Season and the bounty we call Fall Décor that brings us joy. Cool weather and warm colors make you want to cuddle under a blanket next to the fire.
We must admit, one of our most favorite things about fall decorating is pumpkins, especially the fabulous faux choices you can pick up at Miss Cayce’s. Our customer, Kristina Leigh, enjoyed shopping our faux pumpkin patch. She was drawn to the vivid orange and periwinkle navy combination which she described as, “a bold and beautiful duet that can take your décor from September all the way to the end of November.” The periwinkle navy added a fresh and updated feel to the traditional fall color palette, and she could not wait to get it home to make centerpieces for her tables.
To create this gathered fall arrangement, pick a tray as the base to hold a medium to large pumpkin, then add faux pine greenery, florals, pinecones, and/or assorted faux squash.
What we love about fall centerpieces like this one is that it only takes a few small changes to make it perfect for a Halloween party, a Harvest get-together or a Thanksgiving family dinner.
We love transitional decorating, and with your busy schedules it only takes a little time to create a “gathered centerpiece” to celebrate the fall season. Shop our Fall and Halloween Collection available on our Miss Cayce’s Website starting mid September.
Happy Decorating,
